MEIDEN Vacuum Capacitors / VC (Vacuum Capacitors)

Meidensha Corporation exhibits at SEMICON Japan 2011, the world's largest exhibition of Semiconductor Manufacturing Equipment and Materials, which will be held at the Makuhari Messe in Chiba Prefecture from December 7 to 9, 2011.

We set up booth with "Meidensha Corporation who supports semiconductor production line behind the scene" as theme, displaying our vacuum capacitors of both variable and fixed types such as high current/high capacitance type, wide range capacitance type for high frequency applications, and new long life type using special coating screw/reinforced bellows and introducing a variety of lineups to accommodate customer requests.
